Custom Intercooler Piping Nearing Completion – Precision Fitment on Another Level

Intercooler piping just about wrapped up on this monster build! This setup demanded an excruciating level of precision and perseverance to route the piping as tight and clean as possible from the @plazmamanracing intercooler. Every millimeter counted—clearing the radiator, dry sump tank, turbo, wastegate, and bonnet with minimal cutting required.

After countless adjustments, we finally got the fitment dialed in to a level we’re happy with. Just finalizing the BOV placement, and these pipes will be officially done.

Next up: custom dump pipes and wastegate plumbing, followed by re-sheetmetaling the engine bay around the turbo once @6boost finishes the manifold and crossover pipework.
