At Impress Race Fab, we strive to ensure that your race car fabrication parts and services are delivered to you quickly and safely. Below are the details of our shipping policy.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Custom Orders: Custom fabrication orders may take longer to process. The estimated processing time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer various shipping options within Australia, including standard, express, and overnight shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as the selected shipping method.
    *Please note, overnight services are out of our hands and we can not guarantee a courier will get your package there over night*
  • International Shipping: We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on the destination and courier, if your order is time sensitive please contact prior purchase)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing times.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • Hazardous Materials: Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their hazardous nature. If your order contains such items, we will contact you with further instructions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Shipping Insurance

We offer shipping insurance on all orders to protect against loss or damage during transit. If you would like to add shipping insurance to your order, please select the option at checkout.

For services such as custom fabrication or installation, shipping details and costs will be discussed and confirmed during the consultation process.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at impressracefab@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
